CONTAINER-DIRECT PRICING
For projects large enough to fill or part-fill a container, we can order directly against your specification rather than selling from stock. You get factory pricing with our margin on top and nothing else in between.
Container lead times run three to four months from order to arrival. That is longer than buying from a warehouse, and considerably cheaper. If your timeline allows it, this is where the value is.
DOCUMENTATION THAT HOLDS UP
Every shipment carries SVLK certification — Indonesia’s timber legality system — documenting chain of custody from forest to container. Our teak comes from community forests in Central Java, grown by smallholders on their own land.
If your project has a sustainable-sourcing requirement, a LEED submission, or a client who asks where the wood came from, we can put paperwork in front of you. Most importers cannot, because they buy through traders and do not know.
CUSTOM SIZING & FINISHES
Working directly with one workshop means dimensions are not fixed. Seat heights, table lengths, bench widths — if a piece needs to change to suit a space, we can specify it rather than tell you what is in the catalog.
Cushions can be made in your specified fabric, including COM. Minimums apply and depend on the piece.
BUILT FOR COMMERCIAL USE
Solid teak throughout — no veneer, no engineered substitute. Woven seats use Viro HDPE rope, UV stabilized. Cushions are filled with quick-dry foam, which matters where furniture cannot be brought in nightly. Umbrellas are teak and brass throughout, with no aluminum or steel in the frame.
Teak is the reason this category exists: it weathers to silver-gray and keeps going. In a hospitality setting that means a terrace that looks intentional after five seasons rather than tired after two.
HOW WE WORK
We are a small operation, and we say so deliberately. You will deal with the people who place the container order, not an account manager three steps removed from it.
What that means in practice: straight answers on lead times, no quoting a date we cannot hold, and a phone number that reaches someone who knows where your order is.
What it also means: we do not have installation crews or a national delivery fleet. For projects outside Southern California we coordinate freight to your site and work with your installer. If you need white-glove installation managed end to end, we will tell you so rather than take the project and disappoint you.
